PRO TECH Company has a strict policy regarding quality standards. We provide high quality spare parts, impecable sales and warranty services, to satisfy the needs of our clients and to provide the ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.
Our organization has set its main objectives regarding the quality standards, as follows:
- delivery of products according to specified conditions, on agreed deadlines; in order to increase the satisfaction of all our customers
- prevent any nonconformity, in order to offer confidence our customers and to bring profit to the organization as well as to the employees;
- constant communication with our customers and handling of any claim with maximum seriousness and promptness;
- training and motivating our employees in order to improve constantly the quality of our services.
Taking into accont these objectives, PRO TECH started in 2006 the process of implementation of Quality Management System. In December 2006 Pro Tech has awarding Certificate ISO 9001:2001. In 2009, according to the latest updates on Quality Management System, we opened the implementation of new system ISO 9001:2008. In February 2010 we awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.

According GD. 1022/2002, PRO TECH Company ensures, guarantee and declare on own risk that the delivered and invoiced products endanger not the life, health and working's safety, do not have a negative impact on the environment and are in accordance with the European Norms and Quality Standards.

Products purchased and distributed by Pro Tech Company are interchangeable with the original parts according to the International Quality Standards. According to L.449/2003 the products purchased true to the invoice have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
